Booking & Cancellation Terms

These booking terms are prepared for S | Luxury Locks and must be reviewed by Steph before launch.

Enquiries/confirmation
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when Steph accepts the time and any required deposit has been paid.

Consultation/suitability
Steph may ask questions about your hair, goals, colour, condition and previous services before recommending extensions, maintenance or styling. Some services may not be suitable for every client.

50% deposit
A 50% deposit secures bookings where required. The remaining balance is due as agreed with Steph.

Client cancellations/changes
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. A deposit may be transferred once when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the deposit may be retained to cover reasonable costs and lost appointment time.

Missed appointments
If you do not attend your appointment, your deposit may be retained and a new deposit may be required for any future booking.

If Steph cancels
If Steph needs to cancel or reschedule, she will offer to transfer your booking to another suitable time or refund the relevant deposit.

Arrival with clean dry straight hair
Please arrive with clean, dry, straight hair unless Steph has told you otherwise. Extra preparation may affect timing, suitability or price.

Guide pricing and balance
Prices are a guide and may vary depending on hair length, density, colour matching, hair required, correction work, install needs, maintenance condition and styling. Guide pricing includes: Maintenance: 1 row $100; 2 rows $150; 3 rows $200; removal $50. 20 inch: half $350, full $600, full + ½ $840. 24 inch: half $400, full $700, full + ½ $960. 26 inch: half $550, full $1,000, full + ½ $1,440. Install only, client-supplied hair $250. Prices effective July 2026.

Results/maintenance/aftercare
Extension results and longevity depend on your natural hair, home care, maintenance timing, lifestyle and following aftercare advice. Most guests return every 6–8 weeks for maintenance.

Product consumer rights
Pure Ella aftercare products are available from Steph. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law
These terms are intended to be fair and consistent with Australian Consumer Law. If any part is not enforceable, the remaining terms continue as far as legally allowed.
